This year brings us into our 15th year as a female owned and operated professional beauty supply distributor. Gayle Henderson has 42 years of experience in the industry. She is recognized as an international colorist. She was an educator for Pivot Point, Marvel Schools. Fantastic Sam’s and head of education for Clairol/Bristol Myers-Squibb. Her extensive experience also includes 10 years as a salon owner/operator. Her business partner/husband joined her in Panache Systems 13 years ago. He also brings a wealth of experience from the industry. He retired after 32 years from Clairol/Bristol Myers-Squibb as a Regional Manager over 22 states. Bob’s experience brings people management, category management and marketing to round out the team.
